➳ Kundalini Activation activates the Kundalini life force energy through energetic resonance with the facilitator's energy field.

➳ You don’t need to be “spiritual", believe in anything in particular or have any previous experience in meditation, yoga, etc. That’s why anyone can feel and enjoy the benefits from the first session!

➳ All you need to do is lie down with your eyes closed while the music plays and the facilitator holds the space and the energy. Surrender and allow any feelings, emotions or sensations that arise to be expressed…& ENJOY!

➳The circulation of energy allows a process of liberation and transformation on a physical, emotional, mental and energetic level. Tension and trauma accumulated in the body are released, the central nervous system and neuronal system are rewired. This helps reduce anxiety, depression, insomnia and chronic fatigue, in addition to expanding consciousness and reconnecting with our divinity.

If for any reason you can't attend at the last minute, please let me know as soon as possible.

Recommendations to bear in mind for the session (read carefully ):

〰️Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely (warmer clothing is better :))

〰️Avoid heavy meals at least 3 hours before the session. I recommend fruits and vegetables, and drinking plenty of fluids during the day (avoid excess coffee)… the lighter you come, the better.

〰️Avoid consuming any kind of drugs or alcohol 24-48h before the Session ⛔️

〰️ This practice IS NOT suitable for people with heart problems, schizophrenia, epilepsy, psychosis, or pregnant women more than 6 months (if you are experiencing any of these situations you cannot attend)
