What is Kundalini Activation?

Kundalini Activation is a body-led energy experience that supports deep release—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

There’s nothing to figure out or perform. You lie down, surrender, and allow the energy to move through you. It's not a mindset technique or a spiritual concept—it’s a felt, real experience that brings your body back into its natural rhythm and clarity.

As your nervous system resets, emotional blocks begin to dissolve, and a deep sense of connection emerges—from within.

What happens in a session?

We’ll begin with a introduction to Kundalini Activation and what to expect.

Then you’ll lie down on a mat, eyes closed, music guiding the way.

From there—your only task is to let go.
Let go of the everyday hustle, the need to “do,” and sink into a state of pure being.

Through intuitive touch and energy transmission, we’ll activate your life force energy (Kundalini), dissolving barriers and opening you to deeper states of awareness.

We’ll close with optional sharing and gentle integration, grounding what you’ve experienced into the present moment.

Your Facilitators

Sofia and Julia are passionate space-holders with backgrounds in energy work and healing.

Both have been practicing energy work for over 3 years—Sofia with a focus on creating gentle, intuitive spaces for release, and Julia weaving in her experience as a certified yoga teacher to bring balance between body, mind, and energy.

Together, they guide you with care and presence, supporting you to soften, let go, and reconnect with your true self.

How to Prepare

• Wear comfortable clothing

• Avoid heavy meals & caffeine 3 hours before

• No alcohol or substances 24 hours prior

• Arrive 10 minutes early
