Kundalini Activation with 2 Facilitators
Group setting | Duration of 2h split in 60min of energy transmission + 60min for intro, sharing circle and questions.
This upcoming session is extra special, as you’ll be held and supported by two experienced facilitators, creating a more expansive and deeply held energetic field for your journey. Working in pairs allows us to tune in more closely to the group’s needs, offering a richer, more powerful experience.
We call this the path of surrender, because unlike self-generating practices, there's nothing you need to “do.” You simply lie down, relax, and receive a direct energy transmission, a blend of kundalini life-force and non-dual states of consciousness.
This process can awaken your creative potential, clear energetic blockages, and bring profound states of awareness, clarity, and emotional release.

What to expect
This work creates a space where your body and mind can slow down enough to access deep rest, release tension, and connect to something beyond the everyday. For some, it feels physical - like energy moving or tingling. For others, it’s emotional or simply relaxing. There’s no one right way to experience it.
During the session you can experience a range of sensations, states of bliss, body movements, emotional releases.. But what matters the most is what comes after: the focus is the embodiment of the spirit force and the shifts it brings in your consciousness. The real changes in your life occur because of these major internal shifts, a profound unblocking of your energy centers and a deeper connection to your intuition and to your true self🌀
Our role as facilitators is to hold a safe, intentional space and support your system in doing what it naturally knows how to do - unwind, recalibrate, and restore balance.
The facilitator, Julia
Brazilian-born energy worker based in London, with over 12 years of experience in movement, yoga, and healing practices. With a background in dance and music, and over 300 hours of training in yoga and energy modalities, Julia holds a deeply intuitive space where transformation can unfold. Her approach is gentle yet powerful, focused on guiding others back to their own inner wisdom. Through With Calma, her project that brings together yoga, reiki, sound, and kundalini activation, she invites you to connect to yourself with presence, soul and truth 💛
Frequently asked questions
YES! Experienced or not, the best way to show up for a class is with a beginner’s mind. If you are sensitive to this energy it has nothing to do with experience, Kundalini Activation is about feeling, not knowing.. All you have to do is to relax and have an open mind.
After a session, experiences vary and may include signs of kundalini awakening. This practice clears energetic blocks and connects you to your higher self, supporting spiritual growth - each journey is unique, it will look different for each individual! :)
Kundalini Activation isn't a replacement for medical or psychological care. It's a tool for spiritual growth and awareness. Some report physical healing, but it’s not guaranteed or the primary focus of the practice.
Kundalini Activation isn’t recommended for those prone to mania, delusion, or psychosis. This process heightens emotions, so if emotional regulation is difficult, it may not be the right time to join.
If you're in your 3rd trimester, we recommend waiting until after birth. Earlier pregnancy is fine if you feel well and can do activities like yoga. Always inform your facilitator. Know your limits and avoid risky positions for you and your baby.
Yes. Many students report that Kundalini Activation helped them with their anxiety/depression. Just be aware that if you’re on antidepressant medication there’s a possibility that you could be less sensitive to the energy.
Online and in-person sessions offer similar experiences. Some feel more at ease at home, others in a group. This can affect how energy is received - some find it milder online, others equally strong. Beginners may need a few more sessions to fully activate.
