How to Prepare
Step into a space of authentic connection, opening your heart to divine energy and abundance. This event is open to everyone, with no prior experience required — simply bring an open mind and a willing heart.
Yoga mats, cushions, and blankets are provided. Please bring a journal and pen for reflection.
Before the event, I will email all attendees with full details, including preparation guidance and self-enquiry prompts. Taking time to reflect on these will help you gain the most from this powerful session.
