Kundalini Tantra Yoga Classes (this is an inperson event not online)
The nature of Kundalini Tantra Yoga is to access your own power, vitality and happiness. It is a bridge to your heart and to awaken the life force energy in your body, balance the chakras (energy centres) and create inner peace.
These classes are a powerful way to promote health and vitality, release energy blockages, stress, boost immunity, balance the nervous system and promote emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing!
This class is a combination of asana (postures) bandas (energy locks) mudras, (hand poses) and mantras (sound/chants) pranayama (breathing exercises) meditation and awakening the inner Goddess.
Many of the positions are repeated in short sequences or repetitions, with rapid breathing and sound, it also contains some traditional yoga postures and meditation practices.
Kundalini means - vital life force energy or sacred feminine -Shakti energy that's lies dormant at the base of the spine. Waking up this energy can transform your relationships, career, finances, sex life, health and happiness!
