About this event
Health • Personal health
Kundalini Therapeutics is a multi-disciplinary approach, combining a range of internal cultivation practices from Qi-Gong and Energy Healing to the sacred teachings of Kundalini Yoga and Daoist Meditation. These Sessions are carefully compiled to support practioners in their path towards self empowerment, healing and transformation.
Frida has always been on a journey of self-discovery and is passionate in her underlying belief that the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. Her gratitude and love are bestowed upon her teachers Francoise Freedman and Dr Gowri Motha. Both imbue a humbleness, warmth and love (which are vital for true transformation) and giving that came straight from the heart. It was these rare traits along with their radiant presence which enticed Frida to their teachings.
Frida studied Kundalini Yoga with Gurmukh and has completed her studies as a Kundalini Yoga Therapist with the renowned multidisciplinary and holistic director of Kundalini Medicine, Guru Dharam. Others who have inspired Frida along the way are Master Sean Dooney, Teacher of Reusi Dat Ton, Thai Hermit self-healing Yoga. Devi Stern, specialising in both Energy Medicine and Kabbalistic Healing. The late Prof. Eliyahu Kelman, of blessed memory, for his in-depth knowledge of all things mystical in the realms of higher consciousness. The Daoist practitioner, Master Zhongyian Wu for sharing the power of internal cultivation through the Chinese arts.
It is with all the above and Frida’s commitment to lifelong study of these Eastern traditions, that creates a vibrant, multi-disciplinary and empowering experience for her students. Frida’s soul interest is to transfer these magical teachings for self-empowerment, healing and transformation.
Frida currently teaches weekly Sessions at St Katherine's Church, N20 alternating on a Tuesday and Thursday evening. She also teaches fortnightly on a Tuesday evening at the Unitarian Church, N16:
St Katherines Greek Church, Friern Barnet Lane
London N20 0NL
and
Unitarian Church, Newington Green,
London N16 9PR
Frida is passionate about making sure these internal cultivation practises are accessible to all and is commited to sharing these teachings with the more vulnerable in society as well as the genral public. Future projects to include the vulnerable in our community whether it be on the streets of London or those in prison.
Through her teaching, Frida supports both Birthlight and Gentle Birth Foundation Charities:

Gentle Birth Method Foundation Charity No. 1173798
