About this event
The ancient healing practice of Kundalini Yoga uses breathwork, mantras, kriyas, meditations, and mudras to awaken your energy.
Every Tuesday 8.15-9.15 pm
Its goal is not only to make the body stronger and more energetic but also to increase your level of self-awareness and consciousness.
Kundalini Yoga asana sequences are called kriyas.
Mudras are the gestures you make when doing yoga, generally with your hands.
Mantras - Part of the Kundalini practice is to chant mantras or positive affirmations.
Kundalini Yoga offers benefits for people of all ages. Some of these benefits are mental, whereas others are physical.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
This yoga session is for everyone (No age limit).
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Harrow Arts Centre is easily accessible by car and by various means of public transport. Where possible, please consider the environment and use public transport.
BY BUS
The H14 and H12 stop directly outside Harrow Arts Centre. The 182 stops at Oxhey Lane, a 4-minute walk away.

There is free level parking for 90 cars at Harrow Arts Centre. Space is limited so please arrive early if you wish to park at Harrow Arts Centre.

London Overground Trains run directly from London Euston to Hatch End in 40 minutes, and the line directly links to Willesden Junction and Watford Junction. Harrow Arts Centre is a 6-minute walk from Hatch End Overground Station

BY COACH
Coaches can drop off passengers at the front entrance of Harrow Arts Centre using the service road between HAC at Morrisons. Unfortunately, we do not have any coach parking available on site.
What can I bring to the event?
Kindly bring a Yoga mat, props (block, bolster, belt), and a water bottle. We have a washroom to be utilised.
