What do I need for this workshop?

You will need: A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, a pen and journal, a cup of cacao (ideally ceremonial grade but use what you have! If you don't have cacao at home, substitute with heart opening herbs like rose, lemon balm or chamomile.)

How do I make cacao at home?

Simple! Grab you favorite cup. To a lot add some ceremonial cacao (or whatever you have nibs powder etc) add plant milk (NOT dairy it denatures the enzymes within the plant medicine) and water. Heat and stir with your intention for the class eg. "I call on you mama cacao to open my heart chakra."

What can I expect in this workshop?

We will be using Kundalini breath work, meditation, Kriyas, Kundalini activation exercises, yoga nidra and journalling in Heart Chakra workshop. Expect to feel lighter, calm and open to all facets of love and the divine. Bliss!
