• What we'll do
Kundalini Yoga and meditation as Taught by Yoga Bhajan is known as the Yoga of awareness.. We open up the space and through physical body movement, meditation and mantra we discover to new depths of ourselves where anything is possible.
This class is suitable for beginners class, with options to explore deeper for experienced yogis
Each week I will design a class that has a sacred intention.. We will discuss the Intention of the class and you will be guided through.
The class is composed of..
-Tuning in to the Kundalini energy
- A light warm up, to prepare the body and mind
-A set of postures shared from the teachings of Yogi Bhajan which we call a 'kriya'
-Meditation, that may include slight movement or to chant a mantra
-Deep relaxation.
• What to bring
Mats are provided, You may wish to bring a blanket extra clothing layer to keep warm during relaxation.
Yogi tea and raw chocolate are offered after the practice.
