Kundalini Yoga and meditation as Taught by Yoga Bhajan 'The Yoga of awareness'.
We open up the space and through physical body movement, meditation and mantra we raise our energy and discover new depths of ourselves where anything is possible.
The class is composed of..
-Tuning in to the Kundalini energy
-Warm up, to prepare the body and mind
-Set of postures shared from the teachings of Yogi Bhajan which we call a 'kriya'
-Meditation, that may include movement or to chant a mantra
-Deep relaxation.
After the class you are invited to a Yogi Tea and to share your experience and connect with the community.
This is a drop in, beginners class, with options to explore deeper for experienced yogis
Mats and blankets are provided..
