Are you looking for a 10 body work out?

Well, you’ve come to the right place. Try my Kundalini Yoga class, where you’ll be working on all your bodies and not just your physical body.

Also known as the Yoga of Awareness or the Householders Yoga, because it’s designed for people like you and I; those who are juggling work/ careers, families and life!

Join me, Tuğçe, every Thursday at 10:00 to 11:00, via Zoom.

In a meeting at that time? I've got you covered. The recorded replay will be available for 7 days, if you can’t make it to the live class.

Our theme is 'Grounding’, or, I prefer the term ‘Earthing’. A tree grows only as tall as its roots allow it to grow. What to know more? Join me on Thursday.

In every class we will practice a 'Krya', (a set of asanas (movement), pranayam (breathwork), mudra and mantra meditation), to reach a specific outcome.

Practicing Kundalini Yoga, breathwork and meditation regularly has many benefits:

My classes are ideal for beginners, but if you’re already a seasoned Kundalini Yogi or Yogini, you’ll still benefit loads.

If you're new to Kundalini Yoga, you don't need any prior yoga experience, it's quite different to other styles of yoga. Just come with an open heart and an open mind.

What to bring:

✨Yoga mat

✨Meditation cushion, or a normal cushion, if you don't have a meditation cushion

✨Blanket and warm socks for savasana


Kundalini Yoga, also known as the Yoga of Awareness. It is a practice designed to give you all the tools you need to attain awareness and navigate life from a higher perspective.

When you book your first class with me I will send you a copy of my Kundalini 101 PDF to give you some further insight into this wonderful style of Yoga.
