Late September holds relevance in Kundalini Yoga due to the Autumn Equinox, this year September 22nd, which marks a shift from Summer’s outward, fiery energy to Autumn’s inward, reflective energy. It’s a good time to reap what we have sown, to give gratitude, contemplate, then cleanse, restore and refocus.
As we transition into Autumn we turn our attention within and prepare for the cooler months ahead. It is a time to find our own balance, boost our immune system and release old habits and patterns that no longer serve us.
