Monthly workshops at 'The Courtyard' will introduce the incredible art and technology of Kundalini Yoga.
Using a very precise combination of mantra, meditation, mudra, asana and pranayama techniques, we will focus on getting the body out of stress; releasing, relaxing and unwinding; and letting go of those things that no longer serve us. We will breathe oursleves into a calm and blissful state of surrender and acceptance whilst raising our vibration and consciousness, strengthening our aura and expanding our magnetic field.
- The workshop is 4 hours long with an hour break for lunch.
- Price includes yogi tea and healthy nibbles.
- Suitable for both men and women of all ages and abilities.
- The practice can be done sitting in a chair or on a yoga mat.
