Kundalini Yoga Workshop- 'Spring Detox' 29th April 2017

Monthly workshops at 'The Courtyard' will introduce the incredible art and technology of Kundalini Yoga.
Using a very precise combination of mantra, meditation, mudra, asana and pranayama techniques, we will focus on getting the body to release toxins stored deep within the physical, emotional and mental bodies and replenish the entire mind, body and soul by releasing, relaxing and letting go. Out with the old to make space for the new!
De-clutter and detox to bring yourself back to equilibrium with Kundalini Yoga.
- The workshop is 4 hours long with an hour break for lunch.
- Price includes yogi tea and light nibbles.
- Suitable for both men and women of all ages and abilities.
- The practice can be done sitting in a chair or on a yoga mat.
- Please bring a cushion, a blanket and a bottle of water.
