An extended practice to drop in. To play with movement, breath, dance + rest. This is an open practice where we will invite curiosity into the subtle movements, allowing this to guide our awareness and explore areas of expansion.
This is one for the curious. For the folks wanting some restoration, as well as space to move with a sense of playfulness and intuition.
There will be lying down.
There will be guided movement
There will be space to turn up the movement from within
There will be relaxation massage (in Savasna)
The practice will be 2hours followed by tea & nourishing vegan snacks (&gf)
All mats & props provided. Just turn up exactly as you are.
