Join us for an exciting online event, the Workplace Needs Assessors Course accredited by OCN London at L4! Over 2 days, this course offers a comprehensive curriculum that covers a range of topics, including identifying workplace needs, conducting assessments, and developing effective solutions. Led by industry experts, you'll gain valuable insights and practical techniques to enhance your abilities. The course is spread over 2 sessions and is delivered LIVE with access to additional recordings. Day 1 is 10th November and Day 2 is the 17th November.

The Course Leader, Katrina Cochrane was previously Head of Education for the BDA , is an experienced needs assessor and trainer as well as diagnostic assessor for pre and post 16. She has carried out needs assessments for over 25 years. A group mentoring session is offered as part of the course and single days can be booked rather than the whole course. Minimum numbers are required to run the course.

For accreditation a workbook and a needs assessment has to be completed - the workbook for accreditation covers both days. Please contact the course leader for any clarification on the days of the course and work needed to complete the course.

NB We can invoice you directly if you email the Course Director AND ALSO DELIVER LIVE ON SITE WITH MINIMUM NUMBERS OF SIX. Each session is £250 and accreditation is £550 ( PLUS VAT) this includes OCN registration and marking. APEL may be given if applied for and approved. CONTACT US IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE INVOICED OVER TWO PAYMENTS.

NB This course is now PASSHE accredited and can be used as 5 hours evidence of CPD. There is an additional charge for PASSHE members but APEL can be given with evidence. For APEL there is 3 hours PASSHE CPD given and the cost is £100. We can keep costs down if you are invoiced rather than going through Eventbrite.
