Another masterclass from the chefs at Peckham Refreshment Rooms, in collaboration with La Fromagerie
Throughout the night, you will learn how to make a fermented butter, ricotta and labneh.
We will also be feeding you up with a delicious 3 course meal, incorparating all the elements in the demonstarations.
Starter: Fresh fermented butter, radishes, fennel and white anchovies
Main: Ricotta, lemon and pine nut ravioli with burnt butter
Dessert: Labneh with honey and halenut brittle
All this, plus a drink on arrival!
