Lala Club invite you to get out of your head and into body based grooves as we explore ways of feeling into rhythm with as little jargon as we can muster. Holding rhythms, feeling into beats and cycles, putting percussive beats into our mouths and exploring different rhythmic landscapes to create joyful, spontaneous music together.
