Our L.A. Style Kickboxing Is just high-Intensity training without combat.
It’s an easy way to burn whilst building lean muscle. It will test your cardio and build your endurance.
Each person has a station with either a Punchbag or Aqua bag to focus their energy, whilst developing the kickboxing techniques.
Burn, Burn, Burn. Expect to sweat, all levels are welcome.
Unlimited weekly access.
Recommend 2-3 times per week.
