Is there a booking fee?

Yes, Eventbrite charge a booking fee of £1.55 which is non refundable.

Question 2

Can I cancel my landing slot and get a refund?

Accepted Answer

As long as you cancel your landing slot (allowing others to book it) before midnight on Thursday 28th August.  Once the LAA is notified of your cancellation, it will be refunded.  No refunds can be issued after that date.

Does my landing fee include entrace to the rally/exhibition site?

No - you will need to buy these separately from the LAA

Question 5

How do I book in once I have landed?

Accepted Answer

Head to the LAA booking in tent (located airside) and show your receipt for landing ticket / entrance ticket via your mobile device or printed ticked.  You will then be issued with your wristband.  There is no need to book a slot to leave.

Is there camping?

Accepted Answer

Yes - Camping facilities, providing basic amenities, including hot showers will be available on site. There is ample ground for caravans and mobile homes. The campsite will be open from midday Thursday 28th August and close on Monday morning 1st September.

Is there parking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, parking is free and there is a dedicated area for disabled parking - Anyone parking in the disabled car park without a BLUE BADGE will be asked to move.  Please note that entrance to the LAA Rally car park and exhibition site is separate from the Leicestershire Aero Club entrance

How can I buy a camping permit and an entrance ticket?

All entrance tickets and camping permits can be bought via the LAA Website shop.   Entrance to the exhibition site is NOT included in the Landing Fee.

When do I get my entry tickets?

Accepted Answer

These will be handed over to you at the main gate or the LAA booking in tent (airside). Please ensure you have printed your receipts or that they are available to view of your mobile device.

Question 11

Are children allowed in for free?

Accepted Answer

Children 16 and under  are allowed in for free but must be accompanied by an adult if going airside.

Question 12

Are dogs allowed?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but not AIRSIDE (even if flying in).  All dogs must be kept on a lead.

Are e-scooters allowed?

Accepted Answer

No
