LABC Warranty works in partnership with Local Authority Building Control to provide structural warranty services for developers, builders and housing providers. Customers benefit from building control and risk management expertise from a network of more than 3,500 surveyors.

Craig will be highlighting the benefits of working in Partnership with LABC Warranty and will incorporate some content around what they cover, how they inspect and the relationship with LABC and some common defects seen on site. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session and buffet lunch.
