Event description

Description

Join us before Professor Williams’ inaugural lecture for a laboratory tour to see behind the scenes of our research into multiple sclerosis (MS) and other neurodegenerative conditions.

Ask our researchers questions about life in the laboratory and learn about our work with stem cells and zebra fish as we work to understand more about MS and how we might treat, and one day, cure the condition.

The lab tours have limited capacity and so must be booked in advance. Each tour will last 30 minutes and tours will depart at 4.20, 4.30, 4.40 and 4.50pm.

We welcome wheelchair users to attend a tour however please advise us in advance that you will be using a wheelchair. If you have mobility issues, but do not use a wheelchair, please be aware that the tour involves walking a reasonable distance and standing for 30 minutes.

Due to health and safety requirements all visitors in to the laboratory areas must be at least 16 years old.

We look forward to seeing you!
