About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

As with Transform, Collective, etc., we worry about: an approach where the “leader” defines the party rather than the party defining the “leader”; vague sub-Corbynite politics in place of class struggle; no suggestion that the “new party” might play any part in coming battles over benefit cuts and NHS and trans rights; alignment to a group of MPs (“the Gaza independents”) who are not left wing; little promise of non-electoral activity.

Come to our meeting to talk about Labour, A New Party, and Working Class Representation. All views and opinions are welcome. Disagreement is encouraged.
