The 1st session will include information regarding labour and delivery. We will discuss the signs and symptoms of early labour, active labour and delivery.

We will explore different anaesthesia options, the antenatal birth plan and the different modes of delivery that you may experience.

We will discuss the birth of your placenta, what support is available and help you to feel more confident and knowledgeable about your upcoming birth!

The 2nd session will include information regarding the immediate postnatal period, what to expect, what happens when you go home with your baby and national safe sleep guidelines.

We will also discuss some parentcraft themes such as feeding your baby, bathing your baby, changing your babies nappy and putting your baby to sleep and use visual tools to help equip you to care for your baby when home.
