This course provides you with the practical skills required to create labyrinths, scientific evidence of their impact on mental well being, links to somatic therapy in relation to post traumatic trauma growth, risk and safety management, as well as guidance on styles of labyrinth facilitation designed to reduce stress and anxiety.
It is ideal for your own profound personal experience or for professionals who want to take their practice into the natural world. This includes teachers, counsellors, therapists, support workers, nurses and youth workers.
Please note this event takes place in woodlands, on the beach and in open countryside so please dress for the weather and terrain.
