LADIDADI Chef Series is a conversation between our range of carefully sourced natural wines and the chefs and restaurants at the forefront of the Lisbon culinary scene. These private dinners take place bi-weekly in our wine and record shop, by reservation only, with an extremely limited capacity.

Each dinner will consist of a set menu of between four to six dishes, as defined by each guest chef, accompanied by wine pairings using only magnums from our cave. Each event will bring together people who share the same philosophy around sustainable, thoughtfully sourced products, and organic wine and food.

For our first edition in Lisbon, we have invited Stephanie Audet and Marc Davidson of Senhor Uva, who's Estrela restaurant seeks to create original, colourful and flavourful food, in an environment without pretension or judgment. All their produce is sourced from local farmers or suppliers who share the same passion for the environment, seasonality and responsible sourcing. Their philosophy is not to alter the raw product but to elevate it.
