The new business event for young women
Ladies in Business is an exciting new event that will focus on information and motivation for young women who would like to start or grow thier businesses.

The event will feature seasoned entrepreneur Charleh Dickinson
Charleh Dickinson 21, is the director of Designed2Eat and newly graduated, Sheffield Hallam Food Student. Designed2Eat is the UK's First Paleo Snack Cake company as they are free from dairy, grains, dairy, soy, corn with only naturally occurring sugars because we use the natural goodness to create the delicious flavour.
Charleh was a former elite athlete who had many allergies. She wanted something sweet, nutritious that was easy to carry whilst travelling and so Designed2Eat was born !!!
Designed2Eat has been featured on BBC Business News, Good Morning Britain, BBC Sheffield and regularly featured in the regional news and has been the supplier for prestigious events such as the Women in Journalism at NEWS UK and much more.
Alex Lazarus heads up Lazarus & Maverick, a leadership development & high-performance consultancy. After many years of working in senior leadership roles and as an award winning marketer in TV and media, Alex decided to pursue her passion for launching people - rather than products - into success. Nowadays, with her team (clients include Disney, Deloitte, adidas, Toyota and HSBC and others).
Alex runs bespoke 1-2-1 and group workshops with a recent client reporting that their programme was the one that “had the most positive impact on her day to day work life”, using inspiring apps and latest generation psychometric frameworks. Privately, Alex is a mum to 3 young sons, she is a mentor to young women and is currently completing her MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change at Henley Business School.
Aileen Gilani 24, is the founder of The Luxury Student Ltd. The website provides a platform to promote all products and services suitable to all students. Making the students ' life as convenient and stress-free as possible. With careful budgeting, students can still have a luxury lifestyle at university. It also encourages recent graduates and current students to promote their startup business on the website. The aim is for students to support students! Aileen will be able to give you advice and an open door to promote your new business as a young entrepreneur!

YLC (Young Ladies Club) is a new innovative interactive club that seeks to empower young ladies in areas of: Entrepreneurship, Education, Careers and Personal Dvelopment .The club interacts with young ladies on a technological platform through Facebook and Youtube and also through social interactions such as events, seminars and motivational talks.
YLC (Young Ladies Club) have already hosted successful events and seminars, partnering with corporate giant Microsoft TWICE to host one of the most successful Employability Events for over 100 young women.
