Ladies Martial Arts | First Lesson Free | Manchester | Mondays 7.00pm

Join our ladies Martial Arts Programme, taught by qualified female instructors and designed to teach you the art of karate in a fun, safe and encouraging environment.

We will cover Go-Kan-Ryu Karate (GKR) which is a traditional Japanese style of karate that is taught in a non-contact environment and promotes both character and physical development including self-defence, fitness, coordination, discipline, confidence and stress relief.

Ladies of all ages and levels welcome, from complete beginners to those with more experience.

Course fee

The first session for new students is free. Those wishing to sign up to the full programme can join from as little as £3.75 per class!
