All our venues have good disabled access. If you have any queries about access at specific venues, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us on 03330 148 200 or email events.feedback@laithwaiteswine.com and we’ll work with you to make it work for you.
There are many spittoons placed around the tasting room and we ask you to use them. There are also water stations with copious quantities of mineral water for you to help yourself to. We are keen that everyone enjoys themselves but we encourage everyone to sip splendidly and taste responsibly.
Bring your QR code ticket with you to the event either printed, or this can be displayed on a mobile device. On entrance to the Wine Festival, Fine Wine tickets will be swapped for a wristband to give you access to the Fine Wine Room.
We cannot allow anyone into the event that has not bought a ticket.
We have a strict no admittance policy to anyone under 18 years old since alcohol is being served, including babes in arms and pushchairs. We reserve the right to ask for photographic identification with proof of age.
A professional photographer will be present at this event. The photographs/videos may be used for marketing and promotion in our publications and on our digital channels.
Please dress comfortably, there is a small charge for items in the cloakroom at the Wine Festival. No fancy dress is permitted at the event.
