WEEKEND ITINERARY:

Friday - Nutrition Workshop covering:

1. Pre Training Nutrition

2. Intra Training Nutrition

3. Post Training Nutrition

Making some food for the bike ride on Saturday.

Saturday: Bike Recce

70.3 Guided Route Recce

140.6 Guided Route Recce

Bike Mechanic on each route and feed station support at official feed station locaitons

Final feed station nutrition provided by Powerbar, Official Race nutrition provider for first 50 entrants!

Sunday: AM Run 1130 hours

Option A - Keswick Half Marathon - you enter yourself

Option B - Run around Keswick based on Lakesman Run Route

Nutrition provided by Powerbar, Official Race nutrition provider for first 50 entrants!

Sunday: PM Swim 1630 hours

3 Safety Kayaks & 1 Power Boat

Option A - Swim to Derwent Isle and back

Option B - Swim AROUND Derwent Isle and back

Summary:

A relaxed and coordinated Lakesman Triathlon Event orientated recce weekend, not limited to Lakesman entrants, suitable for any athlete taking part in a Triathlon in 2019.
