This seminar will cover the Knowledge for G6 Speaking in Public. We will also look at ways to help your students choose topics and audiences

About this Event

In this seminar we will focus on:

1) the Knowledge questions that your Grade 6 Speaking in Public Students will be asked:

  • the techniques required for voice production and projection
  • the techniques required for organising material for speeches (including those presented)
  • the techniques required for matching topics, presentation and vocabulary to audience

2) ideas for topics that will suit a wide variety of students with different interests.

3) how selecting an interesting imagined audience can take your students' speeches to another level

4) how your students can be 'in role'
