We'll open with a tarot spread for the season and then see where we go!

Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

There will be no formal readings, tonight. This is a way to get together, read for each other and build that woo community. If you'd like reader or teacher recommendations afterwards, I'd be delighted to share.

Our hosts are the wonderful Fermentorium - a home of beer and much more. As we'll be celebrating on Lammas, it's the perfect place to raise a beer (AF and GF available) to toast the turning of the wheel.

While tickets are free for this first event, please do support our hosts by buying a few drinks and snacks. There will also be an optional donation at the end of the evening to help me to run more in future.

Will there be slots for tarot readings?

Not at this event, the idea is that you read for each other or explore your cards in a relaxed, woo community space. I can share readers details at the end of the evening.

Is this a workshop?

This isn't a workshop and I won't be teaching you how to read tarot - I can share wonderful teachers who do run courses if that's what you are looking for!

I'm super new to tarot, is this for me?

Yes! This is a space where you can come and explore cards and meet others who love tarot.

Do I need to bring my own cards?

Yes, this will work best if you bring a deck of tarot or oracle to share with the group, or to read for yourself. If you need pointers on where to pick up a deck, Magick in Ramsgate sell great starter decks - I'd recommend initially picking up a Rider-Waite-Smith deck, it's the most well known deck.

Does The Fermentorium have AF options?

Yes, this is a wonderfully stocked bar with AF options, GF beer and lots of non-beer. Please do support the venue at this social by enjoy a few of their libations.
