  3. Prakash Patel – Access to Finance (A2F) 
    The A2F service specifically supports SMEs in the North West to raise finance to help facilitate business growth.  The focus for this forum is the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund (NPIF). 

  4. Michael McDade – Communications Plus Ltd. (O2 Franchise) 
    Delivering the Exceptional 
    Since 2007, Michael McDade has been at the forefront of growth and development, after opening their first O2 store in 2006, the business has grown to 20 store locations in just 10 years. Communications Plus has received recognition from both their franchisor and external assessors, and is widely revered as O2’s most successful franchise. Michael will talk about the approaches taken to adapt the business to stay ahead of the competition in the ever-changing telecommunications industry, and about the accolades they have received, including a Queen's Award for Enterprise, awarded for their sales structure, the first time a method has ever been recognized with the award.

  5. Andrew Leeming, Project Manager, BOOST Business Lancashire 
    Start your Growth Conversation 
    Boost is Lancashire’s Business Growth Hub and it's purpose is to help Lancashire’s businesses address barriers and capitalise on opportunities to grow. They provide funded growth programmes as well as helping businesses navigate the best private and public sector business support available. Andrew will provide an overview of the current range of business support available.

    Business Growth and Support – Updates and useful tools 
    Gavin will conclude the forum with a brief discussion of a current topic related to high growth for SMEs and share a key tip to help you improve your business performance.
