Access free and confidential advice, guidance and help on issues that may be affecting your ability to manage your health and wellbeing. The Lancashire Wellbeing Service promote positive mental, social and physical wellbeing and may be able to help you achieve this. Areas covered include mild mental health problems, social isolation, loneliness, difficult circumstances e.g. finance, family, employment, struggling to cope or feeling overwhelmed and support in relation to healthy living and developing a healthier lifestyle, through adapting behavior and increasing understanding.
