Join Julian, the University's Executive Chef, and his team for a fun evening of gluten free cookery demonstrations, including baked mushroom and goat’s cheese and chocolate mousse.
Be prepared to get stuck in and join the chefs to learn new skills along with food tastings, you'll be provided with an apron, chef's hat and all the equipment you need.
You will also receive recipe cards and the food you make to take away and try yourself at home.
