With 20 years experience in a FTSE100 company in the highly regulated UK water industry, Sharon has found her understanding of regulation and legislation has come in very handy when operating in the legislative minefield that is the UK’s private rented sector.

Having spent the last 8 years building a successful property management business, she is now turning her focus to helping and educating landlords in how to effectively manage their own portfolio. Kevin has been working in the mortgage broking business since 1997 for various large institutions such as Halifax, Countrywide Mortgages Services, etc, unitl when he set up his own company Ascot Mortgages in 2008. Ascot Mortgages is a brokerage dealing whole of market for Residential, Buy to Let, Commercial Finance, Development Finance, Bridging and Insurance/Protection. He started his own bridging lending company (Ascot Bridging Finance) in 2017, and has helped scores of Property Investors with their projects totalling into the millions of pounds.

When he isn't working, he loves spending quality time with his wife and children whilst finding the odd couple of hours for his favourite football team…….. Liverpool FC!!
