Event Details

We are living in powerful times. Our Landscapes of Change retreat series provides time and space to explore what it means to live and work with coherence and integrity, whatever your context and whatever challenges you face.

As we navigate our own ways through the fullness and complexity of life we are struck by the beauty and power of doing so in community, and by the restorative potential of the natural world.

This 'Harvesting' retreat and constellations workshop provides the opportunity to:

  • Celebrate your achievements as well as the abundance of the season
  • Take stock of what you're learning in work and life
  • Explore what is in and out of balance for you, and
  • Prepare for what lies ahead.

What people say:

“Prioritise this time in your calendar to step back, renew and restore your energy and soul.”

“Thank you very much for this very special experience… it was a very uplifting, moving and enriching experience. A very deep thank you to both of you.”

“I had 3 or 4 really significant moments when my perception shifted… I came out with quite a clarity.”

“Constellations is a very special process, something that’s a real privilege to be part of. I can’t recommend it strongly enough. It’s extraordinary. It doesn’t make sense, but it’s such a powerful, insightful tool. And to do it in the woods is amazing.”

“Thank you Kirstin and Marcos for your undivided attention and generosity.

Marcos & Kirstin look forward to welcoming you.

ChangeTools & Wellspring Change

Through their partnership, Kirstin & Marco's deep wish is to bring people together in community, to curate what it means to live and work with coherence and integrity. Recognising that this can be joyful but usually not straightforward work, they are committed to providing a supportive and nourishing environment in which people can connect with themselves and each other, and with their next steps.

Marcos is a manager, coach and therapist with a passion and aptitude for releasing the human spirit and potential for change. He’s held leadership positions in local government, the third sector and private practice and as founding director of Wellspring Change works with individuals and organisations on their inner and outer landscapes of change. He is general manager at Hazel Hill Wood and a member of Wisdom Tree delivering wellbeing and resilience workshops. Marcos has long-standing and deep experience of facilitating constellations which are at the heart of our Landscapes of Change series.

Kirstin is an occupational psychologist and has worked for the past 20 years as a facilitator and consultant, enabling people and organisations to effectively navigate change, mostly in corporate settings. As environmental, social, technological and other imperatives for change mount, her time is dedicated to working with leaders to accelerate their development so that they can more effectively meet the growing challenges of uncertainty and complexity we face in the world. She is founding Director of ChangeTools, works as an Associate with Leaders’ Quest and is a Director and Trustee of Fermynwoods Contemporary Art. She brings to this work a variety of approaches, including embodiment practices informed by Wendy Palmer.
