Lantern Making - Family Event

Construct a lantern from some natural materials such as willow and recycled materials. Natural treasures such as leaves and feathers can be incorporated to decorate lanterns. Electric night lights can be added to illuminate the lanterns on autumn evenings. Joins us to learn how.

Each person will be given the materials to make 1 lantern.

Suitable for adults and children.

What to bring: Just yourself and suitable cloithing for the weather on the day.

Car parking: Please park and pay in the main Whisby Nature Park car park and then join us at the Education Centre.

Weather: Where a workshop is dependent on the weather, we may have to make changes or, on rare occasions due to extreme weather, cancel to ensure the safety of all.
