Description

On Saturday 9th November, The Intercultural Festival will take place in North Down Museum with a range of unique multicultural activities open for all to enjoy.

As part of this creative community festival that celebrates cultural diversity, come along and create your very own Lantern at the workshops which will be taking place every hour from 11am - 3pm. Led by experienced facilitators, you will be guided through the fun creation process of building a lantern from idea to finished product which you can then take away with you.

The workshops are open to all however it is advised that children under 7 may need the help of an adult

The workshops will last 45minutes

The Lantern Making workshops will take place in The Lecture Room within the North Down Museum

Do I need to have any experience?

No experience is necessary!


The Intercultural Festival is part of Ards and North Down Borough Council's PEACE IV: Celebration of our Minority Communities programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body.
