About this event
Join an informal gathering of freelancers, solopreneurs, business people and those who work from home. We combine working on laptops, networking, great coffee plus breakfast if you fancy it.
Skills of people that have come along so far include social media, marketing, editing, copy writing, journalism, project management, quality control and photography.
Our friendly event takes place in Coffi Co, Bayscape every other Friday from 8am-11am. Just drop in anytime during the morning.

Hello – I’m Jonathan Pollinger.
I’ve been providing straightforward, practical training for small businesses and charities since 2009… before social media was known as social media!
It’s my speciality and my passion – and have plenty of testimonials to prove it.
Over the past ten years, I’ve worked with small businesses, PR and marketing agencies, charities, members of parliament, local government, business owners and freelancers.
In 2011, I co-founded Laptop Friday, a weekly informal co-working and networking event with lots of coffee! in Cheltenham and it later expanded to Gloucester, Stroud, Bovey Tracey and Cardiff. Due to the coranavirus epidemic, the event is now run virtually by Louise Jenner, the Dream Job Coach, at 10.30am on Fridays as Laptop Friday Chat Room.
