Alongside it, a diverse array of mushrooms and seaweeds offers a bounty of flavors and textures. Emphasizing responsible foraging practices, wild food safety -with a focus on identification features as well as comparing similar looking toxic and inedible species-,sustainability and harvesting and preparation suggestions, our walk through the vibrant landscape will result not only in a basket full of wild goodies but also in a deeper connection with the natural world.
