Late Opening at Leighton House: Live Music & Life-Drawing demonstration

As part of the public programme of events for Pre-Raphaelites on Paper. Victorian Drawings from the Lanigan Collection, Leighton House Museum in collaboration with London Fine Art Studios presents a Life-Drawing demonstration in Leighton's grand studio during our Late Opening in March.
Join LFAS artists as they work from the life model in drapery with reference to some of the drawings in the exhibition, using a variety of drawing media on papers to capture the delicacy and detail before them
Sessions at 6 – 6.30pm; 6.45 – 7.15pm and 7.30 – 8.00pm
Live music througout the evening by contemporary pianist Fred Thomas
Museum open until 9pm; last entry 8.30pm
Exhibition admission fees applies - tickets on the door only
About London Fine Art Studios:
London Fine Art Studios is based in Battersea and teaches the craft of drawing and painting to aspiring artists of all backgrounds. In keeping with the atelier tradition, LFAS tutors work alongside their students and offer personalised critiques alongside group demonstrations. Students are encouraged to learn through observation as well as application, they receive a thorough grounding in the classical techniques of the European Masters and with this the confidence to find their personal style.
