Description

Later Life Seminar and Networking Event incorporating information about; Later Life borrowing options, Later Life property, including legal aspects and taxation.

We have been holding Later Life Seminars in and around Plymouth venues for six months now. These events have had four guest speakers talking to some of the over 55s of Plymouth about a variety of topics relevant to them.

This time, we have decided to run the event slightly differently.

On Thursday 6th June 2019 at the Duke of Cornwall Hotel from 2-4pm we are running an event for Businesses only which will:

• Help you to understand some key subjects which will be increasingly important to your clients.

• Introduce you to new sources of business.

• Show you the potential of new income streams.

• Enable you to work with some key strategic business partners locally.

• Give you an insight into the Seminars that we run, potentially for some of your clients to attend in the future.

There will be an hour of presentations from the following presenters:

Stuart Powell-Ocean Mortgages: Options for releasing Equity from your home.

Chris Fayers-Blue Cedar Homes: High quality new detached homes in private communities for the over 55’s across the West Country.

Julie Milton-Bright Solicitors: Practical advice on the legalities of property purchase.

Ian Pring- PKF Francis Clark - Ian advises on all areas of taxation, witha partiocular interest in property transactions.

Followed by a Q and A session and then networking drinks in the bar afterwards.

Feel free to share with any of your colleagues or other business contacts who you feel would benefit from attending.

Entry is FREE.

We look forward to seeing you there!
