For the Nachos
1. 7 oz all purpose flour
2. 3 oz corn grits or cornmeal
3. 1 tsp oregano
4. 1 tsp paprika
5. 1 tsp salt
6. 1 tsp pepper
7. ½ cup water
8. 1 l vegetable oil (for frying the nachos)
9. Rolling pin
For the Guacamole
1. 2 avocados
2. Juice of ½ lemon
3. 1 tomato
4. ¼ red onion
5. 1 jalapeño or red chilli
6. 1 tsp salt and pepper
7. A handful of coriander leaves
