Following FRESH's Latin Night, with Cuban salsa dancing and music from DJ Sacha from Cambridge Cuban Salsa, we'll be enjoying a delicious Latin-themed plant-based feast.
Vegan food blogger, Mandy from sneakyveg.com will be your chef for the night.
A bar will be available, serving both alcoholic and soft drinks.

Main: Cuban ropa vieja served with black beans, mango salsa, rice and plantain.
Dessert: Mint and lime tart
Ropa vieja is a traditional Cuban dish. Translated from Spanish it means "old clothes" and is usually made with beef. We have created a plant-based version especially for this event.
