About this event

Come and join us for a cuppa, cake and a chat about your mental health, parenthood and so much more.

Our trained volunteers will make you very welcome and are there to offer support and signposting as needed. The chat is very informal – there’s no pressure to talk, and no awkward introductions.

LATNEM support ALL mums and birthing people in Scotland, regardless of any disability, gender, sexual orientation, age, race or ethnicity with children of any age who need support with their mental health. You do not need a referral or an official diagnosis to access our services.

How long can I park there?

The carpark has a 3-hour max stay policy, if anyone feels they will be in the shop longer than this please provide registration number to Customer Service when entering the shop to avoid parking charges.  

Where is the Community Room located in the store?

The community room is located on the mezzanine.  When you come off of the travelator turn right and you will see a blue hanging board that says "community space".
