Overview

A chat and a brew - we're here for you! Mental Health Peer Support Group for mothers and birthing people – face to face group meeting.

Come and join us for a cuppa, cake and a chat about your mental health, parenthood and so much more.

You will be made very welcome and please feel free to bring your children – there are play mats and children’s toys at every meeting.

Our trained volunteers will make you very welcome and are there to offer support and signposting as needed. The chat is very informal – there’s no pressure to talk, and no awkward introductions.

Our brilliant resource library available if there are any self-help books that you'd like to borrow, or if you fancy trying some mindful crafts or colouring. We also have free period products available at every meeting.

LATNEM support ALL mums and birthing people in Scotland, regardless of any disability, gender, sexual orientation, age, race or ethnicity with children of any age who need support with their mental health. You do not need a referral or an official diagnosis to access our services.

You are not alone.
