This is a weekly group which is informal and led by moms for moms. We also signpost to professional support if needed.

Is this a free group?

Yes. Although, we suggest contributions for the maintenance of The Mamahood Space. Also, for day trips and events, individuals will make their own payments.

What do you do at the group?

We have day trips, craft events and talking sessions that moms are welcomed to join.
