Can I bring my baby or toddler?

Yes! Little ones are always welcome. We have soft play and toys available.

Do I need to talk or share?

Not at all — you can just come for the company and coffee. No pressure to share.

Is this a mental health group?

This is a peer support group — informal and led by moms for moms. We also signpost to professional support if needed.

Is this a free group?

Yes. Although, we suggest contributions for the maintenance of The Mamahood Space. Also, day trips and events there is a small fee.

What do you do at the group?

We have day trips, craft events and talking sessions that moms are welcomed to join.
