Laughter Club
I felt so safe and comforted. She helped me reconnect to my inner child and I couldn't stop laughing. A mixture of breath and play.

When was the last time you laughed?I mean deep belly laughs that caused your cheeks to burn and your stomach muscles to ache.
Laughter Yoga combines yogic deep breathing with laughter exercises. At the Laughter Club, you don't need to rely on jokes or comedy. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to laugh.
During this hour of Laughter Yoga, you will elevate your mood, releasing happy hormones into your body. You'll feel a sense of community, reducing the feelings of loneliness and isolation. When you leave, you'll feel calmer due to reduced feelings of anxiety, stress and overwhelm. You'll have increased feelings of self-worth and self-love. You'll boost your immune system and improve your lung health.
I had an enlightening first session with Katie. I had never done anything like this before and really enjoyed it! Katie is so calm and creates a really welcoming and relaxing environment.Meg
